How much will I have in retirement?
How much you have in retirement will depend on what your income is, how much of it you save and how your investments perform.
Here is a table to help you understand how much your SSRSS savings might be worth if you are a subsidised member. The calculations assume a 3.5% rate of return each year after deducting tax and fees. The calculations also assume that salaries are static over the savings period and contributions and returns are constant. Indicative balances are rounded to the nearest $100.
The assumed net returns are illustrative only and do not reflect the actual or prospective performance of any SSRSS scheme or investment fund. The returns to members of an SSRSS scheme are subject to investment and other risks (including loss of income and principal invested) and are not guaranteed. Returns will vary depending on the investment performance of your chosen investment fund or funds.
