State Sector Retirement Savings Scheme

The State Sector Retirement Savings Scheme (SSRSS), launched in July 2004, is a voluntary retirement savings scheme that was designed for State sector employees. Effective 1 April 2008, the SSRSS closed to new members employed by all participating employers other than State and State-integrated schools. (The SSRSS will stop accepting any new members from schools on 30 September 2008).
